1. Products and Customization

All jewelry and products sold on My Diamond Edit are custom-designed and made-to-order or heavily personalized to your specifications. Because every piece is uniquely crafted for you, it cannot be restocked or resold as standard inventory.

2. Pricing and Discounts

We offer our pieces at heavily discounted prices to provide exceptional value. These prices reflect the direct-to-consumer model and the fact that we do not build in the cost of returns, exchanges, or restocking.

3. Orders and Payments

  • CAD Design is $75 upfront if you haven’t made payment on your ring.
  • Time frame to receive CAD from payment within 7 business days.
  • All orders are final at the time of CAD approval.
  • Payment is due in full for your custom item at time of CAD Approval.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the CAD Design is correct before submitting , approving, and creation of your order.
  • We accept the payment methods available to us. Payments are processed securely; we do not store full credit card details.
  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins immediately.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Note that production and shipping times are estimates only and may vary.

When you piece is created and completed, it will be shipped to you in approx 7-14 days

5. Strict No Refund, No Return, No Exchange Policy (All Sales Final)

Because each piece is custom-made and offered at a heavily discounted price, and because our suppliers do not allow returns on customized or personalized items, we maintain a strict no-refund, no-return, no-exchange policy.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, sizing issues, or dissatisfaction with the final product.
  • No returns are accepted. Once the piece leaves our facility, it is yours.
  • No exchanges are possible.
  • This policy applies to all purchases, including sale items, custom orders, and standard catalog pieces.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy. We strongly encourage you to:

  • Carefully review all product details, descriptions, CAD Designs, photos, and specifications before ordering.
  • Contact us with any questions before placing your order.
  • Use our sizing guides and virtual try-on tools (if available) to ensure the perfect fit.

Exceptions There are no exceptions to this policy unless the item arrives materially damaged due to shipping (not normal wear or manufacturing variation). In that extremely rare case, you must notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the claim in our sole discretion and, if approved, may offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost. This is the only circumstance under which any resolution may be considered.

6. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Each item is inspected multiple times before shipping. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect (not damage from wear or shipping), please contact us immediately with clear photos and a detailed description.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is owned by My Diamond Edit or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Diamond Edit and Stephanie Willcutt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or any products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
